Research on:
• development of models and algorithms for fundamental and applied studies of electromagnetic wave propagation and scattering;
• development of advanced theory of resonance scattering of sinusoidal and pulsed waves by compact, waveguide and periodic open resonators;
• development of methods of synthesis of the devices of resonance quasioptics, pulse radio engineering and antenna technique;
• experimental investigation of diffraction radiation effect and development of new open transmission lines and diffraction radiation antennas.
