On September 23, 2020, at Petro Vasylenko Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture, the first Regional meeting of representatives of the Young Scientists Council at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine with the members of the Young Scientists Council at Kharkiv Regional State Administration (YSC at KhRSA) took place.

Young Scientists Council of O. Ya. Usykov Institute for Radiophysics and Electronics NAS of Ukraine, with the great support of EPS Young Minds organization, held a competition of articles for young scientists.

Due to the epidemiological situation, the face-to-face part of the competition was postponed to the beginning of September. Young Scientists Council (YSC) of O.Ya. Usikov IRE NAS of Ukraine (http://www.ire.kharkov.ua/scientific-counsils/young-scientists/young-scientists-members.html) with the sponsorship of the EPS Young Minds scientific community (https://www.facebook.com/KharkivYoungMinds/), have prepared a contest of articles for young scientists.
