This moment the Partner project #P389 in the Science and Technology Center of Ukraine (STCU) is suspended. The main executer of the project is research team from  A.Ya.Usikov Institute of Radiophysics and Electronics National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (IRE NASU).

That is a Public Offer for an investor for the project financial support with the aim of its finalization and next implementation of the results with business purposes.

The main result of the P389 STCU project was in the principal prototype sample development of the W-band passive imaging system on the base of rotating multi-beam diffraction type antenna.

New Intellectual Property objects were generated and Patents for inventions were secured in Ukraine and other countries.

Initial original technical documentation, mechanical drafts, electrical circuitry and printed boards were developed and tested during the samples operational tests. Original software was generated and tested. The main ways of the system improvements at the next steps of development were formulated. The main results of the project were published.

Possible steps of negotiations with a potential investor may be the next:

  •  Conditions of the P389 STCU project finalization.

  •  The ways and conditions of the passive imager improvement at the frames of additional R&D projects.

  •  Conditions on the existing IP rights.

  •  Conditions of the technologies transfer under license.

  •  As an independent item of negotiations may be separate fabrication and shipping of the developed W-band diffraction type antennas according to the drafts and parameters obtained at the course of P389 project execution, or/and conditions of the appropriate technologies transfer.

Products developed at the course of the project have appropriate Ukrainian Certificates for export.
The main electrical and electronic components for the developed system were ordered in world-wide brand-name manufacturers and were imported in Ukraine. At some cases appropriate End User Certificates may be needed for their utilization by potential customer at some countries.
