IPR Structure
The main concept of the passive
imaging system with multi-beam rotating diffraction type antenna is based on
the two initial inventions generated in the IRE NASU at during 2001-2008. These inventions were initially patented in
Ukraine with IRE NASU as the owner, but international patents were
not secured those time. In 2010 with starting STCU P389 project
these inventions were proposed for international patenting with
applicant other than IRE NASU and patents for inventions were
secured at different countries. Now the structure of IP rights for
these inventions is the next:
