Annually, PhD students and young researchers with the PhD of the Institute have the opportunity to participate in the competition for the President’s scholarship. Candidates for the scholarship are considered by the Young Scientists Council, and afterward by the Academic Council of the Institute. The bests get a scholarship! Periodically, during receiving of the scholarship, young researchers report their scientific achievements at the meetings of the Young Scientists Council. At the end of the scholarship, young scientists make a report for the entire period of receiving the award.<\/p>\n
