• development and evolution of quasioptical measurement methods, aimed at the efficient metrological support of fundamental and applied research in mm and sub-mm wave physics and technology,

• applications: diagnostics of hot plasma in Tokamaks, downscale RCS modeling with a super-compact testing range, quantum electronics, solid-state physics, biomedicine, scientific instrument making.
